Our president, Andrew Johnson, has a Masters in Business Administration education, served in executive positions in corporate America and also was an Infantry Company Commander with nearly ten years experience as a U.S. Army CPT.

Our knowledge, skills, ability and service are unmatched by any other company our size in the industry.

A written time-line that describes work performed and estimated time of completion throughout the multiple phases of construction.

• Weekly progress analysis to confirm outcomes of individual phases of the construction.
• Decision date coordination schedule to minimize the incidence of surprises and provide predictability.
• Investment Projection that provides a predictable explanation of cash flow.
• Lien Waivers from all subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain a productively clean investment site.
• Provide an annual home inspection.
• Publish pictures of your home, home plans with a detailed description and progress photography will be posted on your personal
  site to share with friends and family world wide.
• Provide a decorative Jadee Construction display of your Dream Home during construction.
